As the LEO Website Content Assistant, you are responsible for internet data entry, accuracy, and maintenance of the existing Lands’ End Outfitters websites as well as the set-up of new websites. In this role, you will work under the direction of the Web Build Supervisor and serves as a Web Storefront Builder Admin.



  • Proactively ensure product per Storefront is accurate and up to date.

  • Organize and manage program launch tasks ensuring on-time delivery/completion and accuracy of each task.

  • Review index and product pages: check for content, image, and pricing accuracy before posting data to the live Storefront(s) and immediately after the Storefront(s) are live in production.

  • Assist Internet Product Information Coordinator as needed.


Required Skills



  • Recent Business Outfitters call center experience.

  • Ability to work in multiple environments with multiple deadlines, heavy workload, and last-minute changes.

  • Ability to communicate accurately and effectively.

  • Ability to problem solve for appropriate business and customer solutions.

  • Good organizational skills are important, as well as the ability to shift focus without warning.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a necessity. Must be able to work and communicate with various type of people to meet a common goal.

  • Strong knowledge of the LEBO call center processes and procedures.

  • Familiar with product and understanding of product structure.

  • Performs with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of the internet; able to navigate sites and understand basic functionality. Proficient with PC mainframe applications specifically, Outlook, Excel, and Word PC applications.

  • Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.

  • Strong ability to multi-task and work under tight time constraints.

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
