Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Engagement Product Owner in Miami FL.

Key Tasks:

• Digital Engagement Product Owner will develop and drive a highly visible roadmap and work closely with data science, design, UX and engineering to bring new enhancements to light


• Specifically, you will be responsible for customer personas


• Owns the reactivation strategy for segments across platforms


• As a Digital Engagement Product Owner, you will ensure seamless cross platform data connection


• Translate high level strategy into detailed technical requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required


• 5+ years of Product Management experience in backend platforms


• Deep domain expertise in product management strategy, tools, and methodologies


• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, mParticle and CDPs


• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and analytical capabilities and Qualtrics


• Display strong project management skills to effectively prioritize standard tasks, test activations, team bandwidth and overall deliverables


• Strong communication skills and executive presence


• Effective presenter and collaborator


• Ability to think strategically, prioritize, identify, and resolve problems in a complex dynamic environment


• You are humble and hungry to make an impact


• Customer obsessed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
