As part of our growing Talent Acquisition team, Recruiting Coordinator plays and integral part of the candidate experience. This role provides support to our TA team as we find top talent for Kurita.
Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN (Hybrid)
Compensation- $23-27/hr
Responsibilities
Provides administrative support for the recruitment team
Manages and maintains the integrity of the ATS system, and any other relevant HRIS system
Assists recruitment team with customized screenings and initial contact of applications to determine qualification and interest level, and source candidates as needed.
Schedules phone, video and in person interviews with interview teams
Greets candidates when they arrive for in person interviews
Arranges travel for candidates when required
Responsible for initiating, reviewing and assessing background check reports and drug screens for candidates to ensure all checks are completed and in compliance with company requirements.
Drafts, reviews and assures offer letters are correct, works with primary recruiter to resolve any issues
Produces recruitment
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Maintains benefits summary documents and other information for the recruitment
Conduct all onboarding activities, including new employee orientation, coordinate with hiring managers on candidate start date, equipment needed, and first day details
Works with applicants to create a superior
Assign trainings in LMS system(s), and schedule other trainings as requested
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School graduation required, Associates Degree in Business or Human Resources
1-3 years related work experience; Human Resources or Talent Acquisition highly
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, ATS software (ICIMS or Success Factors preferred) and LMS software (Brainier or Schoox preferred)
Proven proficiency in highly detailed scheduling and coordination of activities
