The Digital Banking Operations Assistant provides operational support to bank personnel and customers primarily in deposit application systems related to electronic payments, i.e., Retail Online Banking, Small Business Online Banking and any ancillary services. Includes data entry and research as well as creative problem solving.

As an Operations Assistant, you will:
  • Provide operational support to internal customers in deposit system applications including maintaining accurate product, service, and account data on core processing systems.
  • Process and provide operational support for daily electronic transactions and products including Retail Online Banking, Small Business Online Banking and the ancillary services.
  • Provide necessary reporting to bank management.
  • Review daily reports to identify and correct possible errors or omission issues.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements for daily tasks and department functions.
  • Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of Nicolet.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years administrative and/or accounting experience required
  • 2 years banking electronic payment processing experience preferred
