We have an opportunity available for a Corporate Sales Trainer. The Corporate Sales Trainer will be responsible for creating and administering all training needs for the organization. This role will be heavily focused on sales training while having responsibility for new employee onboarding development and execution. You will train new and existing sales employees on consultative selling skills, IMPAX sales system, ERP, CRM, and telephony solutions. The Corporate Sales Trainer will have the ability to collaborate with sales managers on their training needs, overall performance, and exit/onboarding strategies.
What you will do:
Develops and administers sales training for all new and existing sellers: includes IMPAX sales model, CRM utilization, KPI expectations, consultative selling approach, ERP training, etc. for all sales roles
Creates and implement individual training plans for new and existing employee
Training plans include improving conversations with customers, improve sales rep's listening skills, identifying quality customers, asking for the sale, and organizational skills
Design and execute onboarding content for all new employees in partnership with our People Operations Department
Lead in developing and administering any company required training
Owns and updates SharePoint training sites and library and will be the main liaison for a Learning Management System in the future
Takes the initiative to learn any systems that will be required for training, content building, or sellers use
Conducts recorded call coaching session customized to the individual and create a library of quality recorded calls and training materials for reference
Ensures sales skills are put into practice and being followed via call monitoring, shadowing, and key metrics data
Collaborates with sales managers on additional trainings needed, outbound call campaigns and promotions, participating in interviews, etc.

What we need:
Bachelor's in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years experience in corporate training/education
Proficient in Salesforce required
Experience with various ERP systems preferred
Demonstrated track record training, coaching, developing sales professionals in call center and field environment
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment where priorities change quickly
Travel to the office for in-person trainings, etc.
