Shipping and Receiving Clerk at Braun Intertec in Bloomington, Minnesota

Job Description:

Braun Intertec is looking to hire a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their team in Bloomington, MN who will support their NDE division and other divisions as needed.



Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by ensuring order accuracy and timely delivery and communication (documenting and sharing tracking / PRO information as needed), answering phones, supporting customers and internal share holders


• Manage inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure outgoing shipments are packaged and loaded properly and securely and incoming receiving is unloaded in a timely manner


• Document any damaged goods received with pictures and report


• Coordination with front desk, receiving area and Night Driver as needed


• Coordination with clients and carriers for the shipping of materials and goods, including understanding the carrier's capabilities and schedules


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Warehouse and NDE garage


• Analyzes logistical problems and provides and/or recommends solutions

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Excellent organizational and coordination skills


• Able to identify problems and work with a sense of urgency to solve them


• Willing to understand how the business unit operates and how this role helps drive success


• Able to work while standing and routinely lift 50 pounds safely


• Ability to drive pallet jacks and forklifts as needed (training will be provided as needed)


• Basic computer and software knowledge is strongly preferred


• Related experience is strongly preferred
