Role reports to: Director E2E Program Management

Location: Skillman, NJ. (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Travel %: 20%

Pay: $97,000-$166,750

What will you do

The Trade Customization Business Process Manager will provide leadership across both U.S. and Canadian Display Project Planners to develop and sustain an efficient, consistent, and effective planning process for Trade Customization. This person supports over $1B in Net Trade Sales for Kenvue in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Customization Business Process Owner (BPO)

o Establish techniques and processes to optimize the utilization of the SAP ECC, SAP APO, and Promotional Request Form (PRF) systems.

o Lead the development, maintenance and delivery of Display Project Planner training materials, process, and curriculum.

o Update and maintain the Trade Customization Training Hub as the single source of all process and training documentation.

o Develop and expand the abilities of Display Project Planners by hosting regular training forums.

o Serve as the subject matter expert when interacting across functions with multiple internal partners and to develop and share best practices.

• Project Management, Process Improvements and System Enhancements

o Identify and develop process improvements, system improvements, and other tools to improve efficiency of operations and enhance end user experience.

o Serve as the project manager for process and system improvement projects by creating project plans, forming small teams, delivery key milestone, and interacting with stakeholders.

o Develop new processes and supporting system capabilities as required to support new business models and offerings.

o Support other strategic projects including but not limited to system upgrades, system replacements and integrating acquired businesses.

• Trade Customization Master Data, PO Coordinator and Pull Processor Team Management

o Responsible for the Trade Customization Master Data, PO Coordination, and Pull Processing processes.

o Oversee and manage the Master Data team which is responsible to create and maintain the master data for all Trade Customization SAP Master Data; the team consists of one Kenvue resource and two outsourced resources.

o Oversee and manage the PO Coordinator and Pull Processing outsourced resources.

o Manage the ongoing relationship with our outsourcing partner with support from our sourcing partner.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required; MBA is preferred.

• A minimum of 6 years business experience required

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in any combination of the following functions: supply chain management, planning, distribution, customer service, and/or project management is required.

• Experience in IT or working with IT is preferred.

• Experience in working with promotional displays is preferred.

• This candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, in a matrixed organization, and must have the ability to communicate across varying levels.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while working independently is required.

• Experience with creating training materials and instructing training sessions is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of ERP and planning systems is required

• SAP experience is preferred.

• Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint is required.

• Experience with BOT technologies and applications is preferred.

• Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence Tools, Training and Certification is highly preferred.

• Experience managing small project teams is preferred.

• This role will be based in the Kenvue headquarters currently located Skillman, NJ which will be relocating to Summit, NJ and will require up to 20% domestic travel as needed by the business.
