The Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas seeks applicants for a full-time non-tenure track Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Instruction to teach organizational behavior courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The successful candidate will be required to develop and teach courses such as Introduction to Organizational Behavior, Negotiations, and others depending on interests and qualifications. The level of appointment will depend on the candidates educational background, teaching experience, and industry experience. Applicants for this position must have teaching credentials in the area of negotiations (while research is certainly welcome, this is a teaching assignment). Additionally, applicants will be expected to provide mentoring and leadership to students and student organizations and represent the university and degree program at various events (e.g., student recruiting open house).

The appointment commences for the fall 2024 semester.
