About the role:
As a Legal Operations Manager for TQL, you will work closely with the Legal Team and business stakeholders to refine processes, manage data, and produce actionable reporting. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of this team, including maintaining the Legal Tracker, creating, and maintaining requested reports and databases, and managing and supporting projects across the department.

What you’ll be doing:
Define and drive strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results
Report on key operational and substantive metrics for the Legal Team that will better inform decision-making
Identify and implement Legal Team tools and automations to streamline new or existing practices
Develop and enforce processes and policies to manage outside counsel usage and spend
Produce reports, feedback, surveys, and notes requested by Assistant General Counsel
Identify inefficiencies in a process and develop and implement the newly designed processes to improve efficiency
Lead a team of individuals to formulate strategic goals, accomplish rapidly evolving objectives, and provide exceptional customer service.
What you need:
3+ years of experience with legal project operations and management
2+ years of supervisory experience
SQL, Power BI, Python or similar software experience a plus
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Significant experience using Legal Team technology solutions (e.g., Legal Tracker e-billing and matter management, Docusign e-signature)
Proficient Microsoft Suite Skills – Outlook, Word, Excel
Comfortable working in a fast paced, sales organization with ever-changing business needs
Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships at all levels of the organization
