About the role:
As a Commissions Analyst for TQL, you will ensure commission record accuracy, recommend system developments, and provide customer service to the Sales floor regarding commission inquiries. Additionally, the Analyst will work cross functionally to identify, prevent, and resolve commission related issues.

What you’ll be doing:
Analyze commission records for accuracy and process corrections as needed
Streamline routine analysis and reports for commissions
Evaluate commission guidelines periodically and suggest improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate periodic records of commissions and continuously improve spreadsheets and reporting as assigned
Develop knowledge of other business areas (Billing, Sales, Financial Accounting, etc.) as they relate to commissions to recognize connections and work effectively with other groups
Be proactive about potential issues by addressing them early with management
Provide outstanding customer service to sales floor as well as other customers
Explain complex commission calculations in a way others can easily comprehend
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in AR, payroll, or payment processing a plus
Must be customer service oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Exceptional telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service
