SUMMARY:

Responsible for effectively managing branch service levels, inventory days-on-hand (DOH) levels, and inventory ERP parameters in alignment branch inventory goals, service goals, and operating cost objectives.


The Inventory Procurement Analyst will work closely with branch leadership and stakeholders to ensure system settings align to prevent service failures or excess inventories in network.



ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement / Inventory Leadership


  • Become an expert in the ERP Stock Management System (Solar/e-Term Eclipse) for all products and categories.

  • Supports the branch with automated ordering parameters, and using analysis and statistics to continuously improve service & inventory levels.

  • Meet or exceed defined ABC and Must-Always-Be-In-Stock (MABIS) service levels for branch.

  • Develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement as needed.

  • Maintain sufficient inventory levels to support sales requirements.

  • Maintain min/max data base and reporting on expiring mins through analysis of sales trends.

  • Purchasing & overseeing annual turnover of inventory.

  • Create, maintain and execute RGA calendar for excess inventory

  • Daily review of critical items below minimum, allocations or stock outs.

  • Addresses & processes customer backorders.




BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)



  • 3-5 Years of professional purchasing, buying, or inventory analytics experience in the Plumbing industry.

  • Excellent computer skills including ERP knowledge (Preferred if Solar/eTerm Eclipse), and MS Office products (Excel Advanced/Expert required).

  • Experience with visualization tools (Power BI Preferred) required.

  • Strong analytical skills

At Reece USA, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Final compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$55,000.00 - $75,500.00


In this role you may be eligible for additional contributions to your total rewards package like commission, profit sharing, or an annual bonus. Total Rewards components may be subject to written plan documents.
