Key Responsibilities:



• Accurately enter a high volume of data from multiple sources into customers portal


• Manage day-to-day relationships

• Email inquiries and requests
  
  
  • Manage and maintain assigned project calendars
  
  
  • Phone inquiries
  
  
  • Create and manage various excel cost, sales and information tracking reports.
  
  
  • Appropriate follow-up
  
  
  • Maintain internal data base
  
  
  
  


• Prepare CEO for sales calls and conduct appropriate follow-up.
  
  
  • Fine tune PowerPoint decks & pricing
  
  
  
  


• Logistics
  
  
  • Communicate shipments & shipment deliveries
  
  
  
  


• Analysis
  
  
  • YTD versus previous year analysis
  
  
  
  

Education:



• High school diploma required.




Experience:



• 2+ years office environment experience


• 2+ years data organization and entry experience


• Impeccable verbal communication and writing skills
