Job Description:

Infosys is seeking Time & Labor Functional Sr. Consultant with implementation and application support experience. The position's primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and be responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor module. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations and reports for Time & Labor areas.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Information Technology experience.


• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.


• 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects


• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boca Raton, FL or be willing to relocate to the area, or travel per the project needs from anywhere in the US.


• 4 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud -Time & Labor and Recruiting & Onboarding


• 2+ years of experience in working on at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Absence, Compensation and Learning Management


• Hands on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for US and Canada


• Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode


• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.


• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle


• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies


• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time

• 3 years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules


• Candidate should be proficient in all the Core HR, Time & Labor and Compensation processes


• Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Time & Labor


• Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.


• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
