At Campbell Ewald we believe in pay equity. The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on several factors including current/former employees in the position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, background, relevant experience and qualifications and location.
We encourage all interested candidates to apply and note that many historically excluded and underrepresented candidates often do not apply unless they feel they meet all requirements of a job completely. Please note that we encourage all to apply as we value a diverse workplace inclusive of those with differing backgrounds, life skills and experiences.
Research show that women and underrepresented groups only apply to jobs only if they feel they meet 100% of the qualifications. Campbell Ewald encourages you to break that statistic and apply. No one ever meets all of the qualifications. We look forward to your application.
