What You'll Do:

As our NBD Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by delivering our products and services to new accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting: Utilize your hunter mentality to identify new opportunities through relationship building and networking within the A&D and Real Estate communities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders to influence specifications and product selection.
  • Consultative Selling: Interview potential clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on furniture products and related services.
  • Sales Cycle Management: From initial contact to post-sale support, you'll manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring smooth order placement, delivery, installation, and billing processes.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share, while continuously seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Professional Networking: Participate in networking events and industry gatherings to enhance your visibility and broaden your professional network.

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: You should have a proven track record of success in an outside sales role, with at least 3 years of documented sales achievements.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for Design: While experience in commercial interior design is preferred, we're looking for individuals with a strong interest in the field and a willingness to learn.
  • Drive and Initiative: You must possess a compelling sales personality, with a natural inclination to chase and close new business opportunities.
  • Autonomy and Collaboration: Ability to work independently without supervision, while also collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients to achieve common goals.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with the capacity to negotiate and navigate complex sales scenarios.
