Senior Digital Analyst

The Sr. Data Analyst will oversee and manage weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting of content performance and spend across the social and digital assets of SHRS. The candidate will contribute data-driven strategies to strengthen the enrollment funnel and the growth of quality leads. The candidate will also research and analyze performance by content type, platform, demographics, etc. that drive critical decision-making. They will work to collaborate with other members of the Dean’s Office Marketing, Communications, Recruitment and Enrollment (MCRE) team to build and maintain visual dashboards that track key metrics and enable self-service data discovery. The candidate will be expected to communicate insights and recommendations to the team’s leadership in a clear and concise manner and should have both technical and marketing expertise. Experience in Google Analytics (specifically GA4) and Google Ads required. Experience in Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Meta, LinkedIn and ChatGPT is preferred. The candidate should also have the ability to build integrated, interactive and automated data dashboards. Tableau, Looker Studio, (or similar platform) expertise is recommended.


Job Summary

Evaluates business requirements and performs advanced data integration and analysis. Develops advanced analytical and reporting tools utilizing multiple sources of integrated data. Provides technical support.


Essential Functions

Simplify complex data into easy-to-understand information • Provide insights into paid and organic media traffic • Communicate findings to MCRE team • Give insights to digital marketing team to help pivot and modify campaigns to optimize KPIs • Connect CRM tools to data dashboards for simplified reporting • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce, Meta, LinkedIn, Tableau or similar platform - cross platform analytic reporting • Implement tools and develop dashboards to report findings • Regularly communicates data findings • Stay up to date on latest tools and trends in data analysis • Participate in professional development • Other duties as assigned
