Position Type: Full Time(Contract)

Duration: 12 months

Location: San Antonio, TX-Hybrid(2 days per week)

As a
SAP CCS Functional Analyst
, you will:

• Provides application support in Customer Care & Services (CCS), Finance & Contract Account (FICA), Device Management, Invoicing, related modules, and other integrated systems. Support includes SAP configuration, general maintenance, report/query development, and other similar activities.


• The analyst role will be responsible to work closely with the end user and development team to shape and drive a delivery plan for projects and maintenance support by attending discovery meetings or workshops to assist and provide SAP design, documenting specifications, build test, deploy, and support activities along with other systems to ensure the SAP solution provided to end user satisfies the business and project requirements.


• Work closely with third-party integration support like Mobile Data Systems (MDS), Outage Management System (OMS), Energy IP, and other related applications to identify updates and gaps.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7 years of experience in SAP, CRM Knowledge, Customer Service, Energy IP Integration. Experience in SAP Utilities, customer service side.


• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or applicable business degree from an accredited university OR Relevant business technical experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $60-$66 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
