Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Assemble fixtures, mount electronic components, and install them into larger assemblies or casings.
• Ensure proper installation of electric wiring and conduct equipment testing and troubleshooting.
• Utilize hand tools such as power tools, crimps, wire strippers, screws, and bolts for assembly.
• Adhere to security rules, safety policies, instructions, and quality guidelines.
• Learn and perform manual tool operations, work collaboratively in a team environment, and maintain a positive attitude and self-motivation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to utilize small hand tools
• Stand for extended durations
• Lift up to 30-50 lbs

Shifts

• 1st Shift - 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. M-F
• 3rd Shift - 10:00pm to 6:30 a.m Sunday to Thursday

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Equivalency/ GED.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with specialized configurations, lift up to 30 pounds, and possess excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong work ethic, communication skills, ability to prioritize, and self-initiating learning capability.
• Basic Mathematics proficiency required.
• Preferred skills include bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish, electronic experience, flexibility for overtime work, and proficiency in reading and understanding English.
