THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a career-driven student looking to take your first step into the world of Human Resources? Xactly is seeking a full-time Human Resource Intern to support our Talent Management/Human Resources team this summer 2024.

As the HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to partner with both the Talent Management team and the HR team to build a valuable Human Resources foundation and skillset. You will be shadowing the Talent Management Team, learning the ins-and-outs Global Talent Management and Learning & Development.

Once acclimated, your day will consist of supporting and assisting the talent management team with strategic global initiatives and program rollouts including but not limited to reporting, analytics, preparing training materials, drafting communications, setup of L&D courses with applicable cohorts. In addition to Talent Management, you will also have an opportunity to gain exposure to other facets of HR, including diversity initiatives, new hire onboarding/new hire orientation, learning and development, employment and diversity branding, and much more. Your summer internship will culminate in a final project during which you will have the opportunity to present to Xactly's executive staff. On top of the above, you will participate in fun intern events, will learn a lot and will have a lot of FUN!

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL

• Develop a working relationship with Xactly's HR department


• Complete a 1:1 with each member of the HR team and have a strong understanding of how Xactly's HR department operates


• Gain exposure and contribute to HR areas including recruitment, employee orientation, Talent Management, learning & development and more!


• Receive administrative training on how to leverage internal tools including WayUp, Box, Hirebridge, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter


• Learn about how Talent Management plays a pivotal role in the overall human capital strategy


• Gain exposure and contribute to our ongoing diversity initiatives

BY THE END OF THE INTERNSHIP, YOU'LL

• Have a strong understanding of how Xactly's HR/Talent Management and L&D functions


• Have the ability to understand the overall Xactly people vision and strategy and how the HR team executes on the people strategy


• Have a deep understanding of how our Talent Management and L&D work


• Successfully present your end-of-internship presentation to Xactly's executive staff

The compensation range is specific to the United States and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. A reasonable estimate of the range is $22.30 per hour.
