Mercer Borough is accepting applications for a full time Administrative Assistant position.
You will provide support to various departments including answering phone calls, responding to emails and managing correspondence. You will be required to maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems. Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, recording payments and issuing sewer billings. High school diploma required, associate or bachelor degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software a must. Knowledge of local government operations and procedures is a plus. Strong customer service skills are necessary for this Public Administration position.
