ARETUM is seeking a talented and experienced Web Presence and Infrastructure Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our web presence and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a development team responsible for developing WordPress based web applications and native mobile applications.
• Manage an infrastructure development team responsible for developing a complete infrastructure needed to host Web applications.
• Manage all activities of the development teams including setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards.
• Ensure adherence to software development methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements.
• Section 508/WCAG 2.0 compliance with success criteria at AA level.
• Timely code scans and remediations
• 24x7 system monitoring and outage response
• Create and support business continuity plan.
• Prepare weekly/monthly IT status.

Required Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 + Years of experience in Software Development
• 5+ Years of experience in managing development teams in an Agile environment.
• Minimum Secret Security Clearance (or Interim) is required before start.
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, GICSP, CND, or equivalent) is required before start.
• Ability to work with limited guidance in a remote team environment.
• Solid understanding of Section 508/WCAG 2.X compliance requirements
• Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions.
• Possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experienced in full life cycle hands on development and implementation of enterprise applications, web-based applications.
