Join our team as a Senior Infrastructure Integration and Services Engineer at Aretum, a leading technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, and managing various infrastructure and services to support our clients' business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of infrastructure components and services.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of IT Infrastructure for a Content Management System, aligning with the rigorous security requirements of Department of Defense Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide Impact Level 5 (DoD CC SRG IL5) in AWS GovCloud.
Work as specialized technical proficiency across diverse technical stacks, encompassing AWS GovCloud, Palo Alto Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Servers, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Microsoft Exchange.
Investigate and effectively resolve intricate technical challenges by designing secure infrastructures on multiple platforms.
Manage security measures in AWS GovCloud through the successful implementation of Palo Alto Networks Firewall system, featuring Panorama and VM series. By effectively leveraging AWS Transit Gateway on multiple VPCs within AWS, the newly designed setup facilitated comprehensive traffic inspection across the platform.
Collaborate with the cyber-security team to integrate security measures into all aspects of the development lifecycle and platform tools.
Perform capacity planning, automation, testing, performance tuning, user management of platform tools
Ensures the integration of security at every phase of the software development lifecycle, from initial design through integration, testing, deployment, and software delivery.
Work with other technical project managers, product owners, and peers to set priorities and track operational metrics
Requirements:
Experience with Amazon Web Services
IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, GICSP, CND, or equivalent) is required.
15+ years of experience in Information Technology role
7+ years of experience in Information Technology Lead role
Experience with configuration management, monitoring, and systems tools (e.g. Ansible)
Proficiency with source control, continuous integration, and testing methods (e.g. Git, GitLab, Jenkins)
Candidate must have demonstrated a strong knowledge of RHEL systems and internals.
Experience in creating software to automate production systems with one of the following languages:
Java and .NET experience is preferred.
Good understanding of networking and related protocols. Must have a strong understanding of fundamentals (HTTP/S, DNS, TLS, SSL)
Candidate must have demonstrated experience in troubleshooting problems and working with a team to resolve web-scale production issues.
Must have active Secret Clearance

Requirements
As a Senior Infrastructure Integration and Services Engineer, you should have a strong background in infrastructure engineering and a deep understanding of networking, server administration, storage systems, and security. You should also have experience with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies. Proficiency in scripting and automation, as well as familiarity with DevOps principles and tools, are crucial for this role. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, and relevant industry certifications would be a plus.
