ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) / Air Liaison Officer (ALO) to join our team. As a TACP/ALO at ARETUM, you will play a critical role in providing tactical air support coordination and integration between the Air Force and other joint forces to support mission objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert tactical air support coordination and integration between the Air Force and other joint forces.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on air support operations, close air support (CAS), and joint force integration.
• Coordinate and communicate with ground forces, aircraft, and command centers to ensure effective execution of air support missions.
• Assist in the planning and execution of air support operations, including mission analysis, target considerations, and airspace management.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior TACP/ALO personnel.

Requirements

• Must possess Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a TACP/ALO in a tactical operational environment.
• Highly proficient in close air support (CAS) procedures and joint terminal attack controller (JTAC) techniques.
• Strong knowledge of tactical air operations, airspace management, and joint force integration.
• Experience with command and control systems, such as Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) and Air and Space Operations Center (AOC).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with ground forces and aircraft.
• Completion of TACP/ALO qualification course is required.
• Ability to work in demanding and high-stress environments, and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
