As a Digital Project Manager at ASIS, you will work on challenging digital transformation and strategic business projects from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. You will work with all levels of the organization and key vendor partners to gather requirements, translate those requirements into actionable project plans, and implement solutions to ensure they deliver value. Work hand in hand with IT to manage, integrate, support, and deliver enterprise business applications, new product development, and process improvement projects across multiple lines of business.

Specific duties will include:

  • Manage projects from their original concept through final implementation and closure. Collaborate with the Sr Manager, Project Management,project sponsors, leadership, and business owners to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Partner with stakeholders to build consensus, support, and accountability. Facilitate business process reviews and requirement gathering/scope definition meetings.Coordinate with the Sr Manager, Project Management and VP Technology to review ASIS business strategy, goals, and procedures. Ensure that projects align with organizational strategy and priorities. Perform project risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues to senior management as appropriate. Manage project close-out activities and oversee transition of completed projects to operational team(s). Projects will include new product development, process improvement, and business system migrations/deployments.

  • Lead and/or participate in meetings with staff to conduct business needs assessments for ASIS projects. Document business needs and requirements. Translate the business requirements into functional and technical requirements. Develop & review requirements with staff, technical vendors, and IT to ensure requirements and deliverables are clearly defined to all parties. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to address gaps in systems and processes. Develop testing plans for new system deployments, new feature deployments, and other software development changes.

  • Provide front-line support for the following by managing tickets, resolving issues, performing administrative tasks:Magento (ASIS store eCommerce), HubSpot (CRM for Sales and email marketing).

  • Perform business process mapping and document workflows working with internal stakeholders across the organization. Identify areas for improvement and work with the business unit to develop KPIs and measure the potential improvements. Collaborate with technology staff, vendors, and internal stakeholders to implement improvements. Use ASIS systems and data to generate reports based on business needs. Perform analysis in Excel and database tools to answer business questions, support new product development, and support process improvement initiatives.


The most successful candidate will possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience managing technical projects from original concept to delivery in a project management or business analysis role.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, including at least one year experience managing medium to large scale cross functional projects is preferred.

  • CAPM, PMI-PBA, ECBA, or other Project Mgt or Business Analysis related Certification is highly desirable.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate and listen well. Strong facilitation skills. Strong training and/or public speaking skills. Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Must be able to convey technical information to non-technical users. Must have good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across groups. Must have a positive attitude and the ability to motivate and influence project team members without direct authority.

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint). Experience with project management software (ASANA, Microsoft Project, Monday.com or other project management software).

  • Ideal candidates will also have exposure and/or experience administering HubSpot, Magento, or other related CMS/e-Commerce/email marketing systems. They will also have advanced experience with Microsoft Office and project management software.
