Position Description:


Job Purpose and Scope:



Responsible for performing daily back-office deposit operation functions and for assisting existing and new retail branch locations with performing IRA/HSA new account responsibilities in a professional and accurate manner according to Bank policy and procedure.



Essential Job Functions:


  • Performs daily back-office IRA/HSA new account verification functions.

  • Assists branch staff in performing IRA/HSA new account responsibilities in a professional and accurate manner.

  • Processes and verifies new and revised customer IRA/HSA account documentation in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Processes and verifies customer IRA/HSA maintenances in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Generates required governmental reporting.

  • Collects data for management reporting.

  • Monitors, processes, and verifies annual required minimum distributions.

  • Monitors, processes, and verifies scheduled distributions.

  • Performs tax reporting corrections.

  • Reviews and corrects DDA, Savings, Time Deposits, and IRA/HSA tax reporting.

  • Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.

  • Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Performs other job duties as assigned.

    Basic Qualifications:


  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience with Microsoft Office products required
