The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Project Engineer Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Developing project estimates, plans and proposals, and coordinating project approvals

  • Managing project timelines, scopes, budgets, construction activity, and personnel to successfully deliver to approved project commitments

  • Specifying facilities and equipment performance and design criteria

  • Defining and executing competitive bidding and project delivery strategies

  • Communicating effectively with project teams and stakeholders

  • Ensuring compliance to applicable codes, guidelines, and standards

  • Advancing and deploying technologies

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, this role requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (7) years of experience in capital project management, process engineering, product engineering and/or manufacturing engineering in a private, public, government or military environment

OR
  • High School Diploma/GED from AND (14) years of experience in capital project management, process engineering, product engineering and/or manufacturing engineering in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


  • Subject matter expertise in coating, drying and/or curing technologies

  • At least three (3) years of experience managing capital projects, with a strong track record of successful project schedule, scope and cost delivery

  • Demonstrated project management, communication, facilitation, influencing and teaching/coaching skills

  • Ability to energize teams, promote teamwork and maintain positive morale

  • Project leadership experience in laboratories and/or manufacturing plants

  • Advanced degree (completed and verified prior to start) in an engineering discipline or technology management from an accredited institution

Travel: May include up to 30% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
