Solventum is seeking Temporary Part-Time Production Helper candidates to join our team in Forest City, IA!

• Starting Pay: $22.76/hour + Shift Differentials


• Shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts (depending on shift availability)

• Ensuring your own safety by following all related policies


• Picking and packaging customer orders


• Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications


• Supporting the team when meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals


• Using on-line reporting to document production and usage

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)


• Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts (depending on shift availability)


• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Work location: Onsite - 806 W Crystal Lake Rd, Forest City, IA 50436

Travel: No Travel

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

The starting rate of pay for this position is $22.76/hour, with the potential to reach $25.43/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
