Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our team. As a Technical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the technical aspects of our haunted attraction, ensuring that all elements of the experience run smoothly and effectively. We are looking for an Individual who can install, maintain, repair and remove the technical aspects of our Haunted Attractions. This is a physical position involving bending over, lifting, and climbing ladders. Responsibilities include consistent operation of all fog machines, sound systems, low-voltage lighting and special effects as related to our haunted attraction and support all efforts needed to operate the haunted attraction including preparation/operation/teardown as needed. This is a part-time seasonal position.
Starts Immediately
Summer Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM through Mid-September
Fall Hours: Beginning September 25-Mid November Wednesday - Sunday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup, maintenance, and operation of audio, lighting, fog, animatronics, air lines, special effects, cameras and other technical equipment used throughout the attraction.
Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and address any technical issues or malfunctions promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to technical equipment and effects.

Provide support during rehearsals, performances, and special events, including evening and weekend shifts.
