This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our service department and client satisfaction.

  • Process customer requests and assign qualified technicians to make repairs, ensuring efficient deployment on service projects
  • Administer daily workload priorities for all projects, maintaining efficient project assignments and ensuring that field service technicians comprehend project scopes and client expectations
  • Follow up with customers after completion to ensure satisfactory work and address any concerns
  • Foster and enhance TCM's culture of safety, ensuring that field service technicians are fully committed to safety policies and procedures
  • Manage, guide, develop, and provide direct leadership to a team of field service technicians, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded
  • Actively participate in milestone and final reviews of project deliverables to ensure the highest quality work product
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to review and mark up drawings and specifications
  • Develop actionable plans to implement continuous improvement and quality control, ensuring enhanced performance on future projects
