Location: Seattle, WA

Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
JDP is seeking a Control System Engineer outside of Seattle, WA area! Full relocation assistance is available.



Responsibilities:

• Develop logic and control schemes to oversee manufacturing process


• Develop PLC and HMI code in various platforms


• Develop system architecture to be quickly deployed to remote locations in high volume


• Provide day to day support to troubleshoot existing PLC and DCS control systems, including 24/7 coverage during turnarounds and new project start ups


• Experience in CI manufacturing in all project phases


• Provide training to maintenance department on changes or new installation


• Manage relationship with PLC supplier and 3rd parties as necessary


• Assist with local, state and federal permitting applications

Requirements:

• BS degree in Engineering discipline preferred


• 4-5+ years experience developing PLC and HMI code


• Food background or form/film/seal experiences preferred


• Experience with PLC hardware and programming


• Experience with electrical equipment


• Experience with Profibus/Profinet systems
