Our Client, Inverness Graham, a suburban Philadelphia based buyout ?rm that acquires innovative, high- growth businesses, seeks to recruit a Senior Analyst / Associate primarily to assist with investor relations. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, which focuses on investor relations and fundraising for all of Inverness Graham's funds and offerings, and will help to execute activities including, but not limited to, project management, investor due diligence, investor reporting, track record analysis, and communications with investors and other stakeholders. The role will be based at Inverness Graham's office in Wayne, PA, and will interact with all parts of the ?rm and interfacedirectly with the leaders of the ?rm.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is a Senior Analyst / Associate position in investor relations within the Capital Formation function,which is responsible for capital raising, investor relations, and public relations initiatives for the ?rm. Speci?c responsibilities will include:
Investor Relations & Reporting and Capital Raising
Support the team with ongoing investor relations, capital raising, and communication (e.g., quarterly letters)with prospects and existing investors; Liaise with senior team members to organize client meetings and coordinate presentation material content
Manage follow-up from investor meetings and due diligence sessions with prospects
Project Management
Create and maintain investor presentations and due diligence materials
Prepare responses to investor due diligence requests (qualitative and quantitative)
Summarize client / prospect meetings / calls and post notes to the CRM system; update and manage contact, account and relationship information in the CRM
Update pipeline information in the ?rm's CRM and manage investor / prospect relationship information in the ?rm's CRM
Public Relations
Draft press releases related to ?rm and portfolio developments, as well as produce other
marketing collateral
Other
Demonstrate an understanding of the ?rm's position within the strategies it offers, as well as the competitive landscape in the lower middle market; Be able to articulate the ?rm's investment strategies, client base,products and investor needs, including the ?rm's structure and competitive advantage in the lower middle market
REQUIREMENTS
2 to 5 years of work experience in ?nance and / or marketing roles. Experience / knowledge of private equity and / or fundraising project management is a positive. Investment banking experience is also a positive
Bachelor's degree from leading university with strong GPA
Fluency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience working within a CRM database preferred but not a requirement
