The Marketing Strategy Lead is responsible for modeling the Compassus values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation and for promoting the Compassus philosophy, using the 6 Pillars of Success as the foundation. S/he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and for promoting positive working relationships within the company, among all departments, and all external stakeholders. The Marketing Strategy Lead develops and executes service line strategies in alignment with the organization's business objectives. S/he also oversees the workflow intake process, uses judgment to identify appropriate next-best actions, ensures marketing projects are completed effectively and efficiently, and adheres to department guidelines.
Position Specific Responsibilities
Develops initiative planning proposals, which include defined strategy, project approach, tactical outline and key performance indicators to support the business objectives.
Tracks and measures initiatives' progress towards goals. Utilizes consistent processes to track and measure performance.
Determines appropriate reporting metrics to clearly articulate successes to key stakeholders.
Serves as advisor and thought leader to internal business units on marketing strategy, business impact and opportunity identification and assessment.
Supports enterprise priorities by developing insights-driven and audience-focused marketing initiatives.
Develops and manages scalable tools & resources, application of research and insights, and reporting and ongoing optimizations to facilitate development and execution of high impact, scalable marketing strategies.
Oversees intake process for the department's project management system and take next best action with large-scale systems thinking, advanced business acumen and inherently collaborative personality.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Five (5)+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience with and/or knowledge of the healthcare industry and home-based care preferred.
Experience in Project Management and strong attention to detail preferred.
