Job Description
As Senior Leadership within the Transformation and Change or Digital Transformation team, you will:
Utilize your network within the Philadelphia Market area to leverage for business development
Deliver on a range of client assignments, usually as part of an on-site project team (some travel may be required)
Develop Business Unit, senior stakeholder and senior level presentations for stakeholders
Manage portfolio of work from small to large projects, developing and maintaining trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
Manage current client relationships and develop a plan to increase revenue
Increase the client platform in the Market Area by bringing in new business to the Market
Assist in developing thought leadership and building solutions and methods
Develop exceptional trusted advisor relationships with our clients
Identify opportunities for new business and support bid teams with proposals
Contribute to the development of high-quality technical offerings
Support the Sia practice and our people development
Provide guidance and mentorship to the junior team
Lead internal corporate initiatives
Identify emerging opportunities and work with Sia Leadership to address them
Manage team of resources deliver high-quality work products
Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
9+ years' of client facing consulting experience
Reporting and dashboard creation
Previous contributions to business program management engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizations
Experience and knowledge of project management principles and methodologies including Agile/Scrum
Expert in the Microsoft Office Suite
Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Dedicated work ethic
Experience consulting with Microsoft preferred
