Partner with the Sr. Associate Experience Manager to develop and execute new wellness initiatives as part of Shaw's corporate wellness strategy.
Manage multiple projects concurrently and initiate, implement, and monitor changes while providing regular project updates.
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and internal business partners including the Health & Wellness team, Medical Services, Risk Management, HR Operations and our Associates.
Partner with vendors on strategy and implementation of wellness initiatives to increase growth of existing programs and to develop new programs, as needed.
Develop wellness event content and assist business partners with securing vendor attendance, as needed.

Requirements:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
Limited travel necessary (likely two to four times annually)
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently with little supervision.
Exhibits proper time management of assignments and responsibilities, including being organized and task oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Docs, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
