Background Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the polymer film and adhesive industry
Job Responsibilities
Manage the technical aspects of our polymer film and adhesive products, including product design, development, and testing
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that products are manufactured to meet customer specifications
