Executive Assistant to VP of Advanced Memory Systems
Calendar and Meeting management: coordinate internal and external meetings including staff meetings, quarterly reviews, vendor and customer meetings, processing of NDA's, virtual meetings/Zoom scheduling, off- site meetings and events, and one-on-one meetings.
Assist with food orders, meeting needs, agenda support.
Proactively manage calendar requests and conflicts
Handle all travel (flight, hotel, car) arrangements (domestic and international)
Expense management duties, which includes submitting expense reports and receipts in a timely manner
Team events
Provide onboarding support for new hires. Includes space, equipment requests, onboarding meeting scheduling, preparing cube space and being admin point of contact for new hire
Provide onboarding support for new vendors and agencies, ensuring they have the right access and documents/enablement required to get them up and running
Project work as needed to support teams' goals.
In general, daily tasks are carried out at a higher level of complexity. Leverage your administrative expertise to be two steps ahead of your executive; your job will be to problem solve, intuitively understand priorities, and plan ahead for reoccurring events and tasks
