Our client, a TOP Bay Area employer, is seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. As the Sr. Administrative Assistant, you will handle complex calendaring, processing reimbursements, and overseeing professional events and programs. Candidates should be professional, proactive, and have the ability to take the initiative to solve problems independently.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain highly complex calendars, meetings, and organizational functions as well as prepare flawless communication materials.
Anticipate the needs of divisional programs to proactively resolve issues.
Have oversight of divisional events, programs, and daily operation functions.
Collaborate with staff and managers regularly in ordering materials.
Compose and draft documents and correspondence for presentations.
Process financial reimbursements.
Manage various projects and events with little supervision.
Create complex reports and spreadsheets.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external vendors.
Work closely with executives, administrative staff, employees, and teams creating and maintaining working relationships.
Additional administrative tasks, as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience providing administrative support
Bachelor's degree preferred
Academia experience is a plus!
Healthcare experience is a plus!
