ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and train a skilled service team to prioritize safety and efficiency.
Exceed customer expectations in equipment maintenance and service.
Achieve budgeted profitability targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor products.
Build and strengthen the Service Team through effective staffing and training.
Ensure comprehensive training and safety protocols for all Technicians.
Enforce Company policies and performance standards.
Develop Technician Team Leaders for future growth opportunities.
Coordinate service scheduling to maximize profits and meet customer expectations.
Manage inventory levels and expenses effectively to optimize profitability.
Oversee up to 30 employees across multiple service zones, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
