What's a typical day like? You'll be: • Provides a wide range of administrative support to Sr. Management • Schedules and coordinates meetings, makes appointments and travel arrangements. • Coordinates, prepares and edits reports and presentations. • Prepares memorandums. • Organizes files, performs data entry, and maintains accurate records. • Prepares expense reports and process invoices, maintains financial and expense records. • Collects and prepares information for management use. • Handles confidential information.
This job might be an outstanding fit for those who: • High School degree or GED required. • 5 plus years of related experience highly preferred • Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs. Ariba and Concur a plus • Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.
