Job Description:

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Edina, Minnesota! In addition to standard administrative tasks like email management and phone handling, you'll dive into managing accounts receivable, invoicing, credits, commission filings, monitoring purchase orders, and much more. Experience with Sage software would be a huge plus!

If you have 1-3 years of administrative support experience and thrive in front office roles, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking team! Prior experience within a manufacturing or construction environment is highly desired.

Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and credits

- Assist with accounts payable, with room for growth

- Handle commission statement filing

- Monitor purchase order statuses and keep tabs on inventory

- Resolve customer invoice discrepancies

- Take charge as the Warranty Administrator

- Coordinate office supplies and literature orders

- Support email and mail marketing campaigns

- Maintain accurate in-house data like inventory sheets and vendor info

- Stay on top of email correspondence

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of administrative experience, ideally in manufacturing or construction

- Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Sage software a plus

- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Team player with self-motivation and independence

- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

- Openness to learning new technologies and processes

- Stellar phone etiquette, especially in customer service
