Our client, an owner/investor in PA, is looking for a Head of Asset Management to lead their Asset Management team. This lead will work on a portfolio that spans across 20+ states, valued at $1bn+ aum. This firm is well established and prides themselves on strategic investments and great culture.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic asset management plans to maximize the performance of the student housing portfolio.
Collaborate with property management teams to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that tenant satisfaction is high.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
Monitor and report on the financial performance of the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Work closely with acquisitions and development teams to evaluate new investment opportunities and asset enhancement strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in asset management, with a focus on student housing or multifamily real estate.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing a team.
Knowledge of the student housing market and trends.
