Job Description:
MUST:
- Experience in benefits and compensation within HR
- Bachelors degree in HR/something similar, from a good college
- Currently focused on either compensation or benefits for a public company
- Ability to be the advisory to the Chief People Officer
- Very strong knowledge of HR compliance
- Really strong experience with compensation and strong with compensation data
- Knowledge of payroll and comfortable having a potential payroll person report to them
- Strong experience with HR analytics/reporting, excellent at excel and formulas.
- Strong with benefits- open enrollment, 401k, medical vendors, etc
PLUS:
- A finance background with HR is a great combo.
