Job Description:

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our fast-growing engineering team. You will be working on creating integration capabilities across our portfolio of products. These integrations capabilities will provide common features for our SaaS and on-premises customers, and enhance the interoperability of our products.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a state-of-the-art product that helps and empowers greater interoperability in our products
• You are responsible for all parts of the software development process: requirements analysis, implementation, test, maintenance etc.
• Particular focus is on performance, scalability & security
• Work with open-source and enterprise-grade databases/products
• Continuous learning and improvement of your and our way of working is part of your daily business
• Take ownership of the testing and quality of your code
• Continually contribute to and challenge decisions made by the team to ensure the best outcome for our organization
• Teach, and openly learn from your teammates

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required
• 3+ years’ experience as a developer

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
• Understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and technologies (e.g., REST, GraphQL, MQTT, AMQP, Kafka).
• Experience with cloud services and architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Introductory background with complexities of on-premise and cloud implementations
• Knowledge of security best practices for integrations (OAuth, JWT, encryption).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience working with NoSQL DB (MongoDB/Cassandra/DynamoDB)
• Passion for solving complex problems involving various technologies/platforms

Competencies:

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills ((also with external customers)
• You know when to apply design patterns and strive for high quality, maintainable and clean code
• Able to communicate well with team and external customers
