Main Purpose



As a Customer Experience Rep with Tradebe, you will work closely with the Sales team to provide quality customer service to all of Tradebe's internal and external customers.



This is a hybrid position based in our downtown office in Chicago, IL.




Key Job Responsibilities





  • Effectively utilize, coordinate, and cultivate strong relationships with Sales, Approvals, and Operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely service to customers

  • Generate and submit waste profiles for approval

  • Provide quotes for potential waste streams

  • Review profiles and manifests to ensure compliance with DOT and RCRA regulations

  • Act as a point-of-contact and interface between customers/prospects, sales and facilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers

  • Handle incoming customer calls and conduct cold calling as necessary

  • Partner and support the Sales team to maximize sales effectiveness




Qualifications





  • 5 (five) years' experience with the industrial and hazardous waste customer support field

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Knowledge of RCRA is required

  • Previous experience in waste profiling is required

  • Required skill set includes the ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOPs, and waste manifests

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills

  • Strong skillset in professional communication, collaboration, and organization

  • Familiarity with SAP is preferred
