We are looking for a Weekend Supervisor!

The weekend supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a team. This includes scheduling, organizing, and managing work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with company polices and procedures, providing support as needed on weekends when necessary, and maintaining records regarding attendance. This person will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Detailed job duties include:

• Supervise a team of weekend staff members and ensure smooth operations during weekend shifts


• Supervise employees in assigned areas.


• Follow all policies and procedures.


• Work or assist staff on floor as needed.


• Support management by providing feedback on performance training sessions.


• Communicate effectively with family, managers, co-workers, etc.


• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Weekend House Supervisor Requirements:

• Current/active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license


• Nurse management experience


• Long-term care experience

Weekend House Supervisor Schedule:

• Full-Time

Pay: $38-$42 an hour
