Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for a Logistics Solutions CO-OP based in our Mechanicsburg , PA facility during Fall 2024. This will be a hybrid full-time position No visa sponsorship or relocation will be provided for this role.

What do you get to do in this position?

• Support NAM Distribution Center continuous improvement requests within the Manhattan warehouse management system by Identifying and changing desired configuration


• Designing and executing testing plan


• Creating support and end-user documentation


• Create and execute end-user training


• Designing and executing deployment and hyper care plan


• General run-state support fixes for Distribution Centers Warehouse Management Systems.

• Enjoy complex, detailed, and challenging systems considering the end-to-end environment.


• Quick to learn with the capacity of mastering data and understanding detailed system processes


• Ability to work translate business requirements to technical requirements and vice versa.


• Interested and able to scale and learn multiple applications such as Manhattan warehouse management solution (wmos), SAP, Interface solutions, SQL.


• Have strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills


• Be proactive to find opportunities for solution enhancements


• Take Initiative to collaborate with cross functional experts to root cause issues and address solution gaps


• Pay attention to detail, thoroughly understanding the entirety of problems and solutions


• Strong communication skills (English), spoken and written.


• Effective working on teams; strong networking and collaborative skills.


• Basic project management skills
