Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for a Logistics Item Master Data CO-OP in our Mechanicsburg , PA facility during Fall 2024. This position is on-site so it requires the ideal candidate to be located in the general area. This will be a full-time position. No visa sponsorship or relocation will be provided for this role.

What do you get to do in this position?


  • Lead NAM Distribution Centers Material Master data quality project to develop governance ensuring product data accuracy and consistency.

  • Establish long term process and ownership.

  • Extract data and perform data quality checks, make data corrections, and synchronize data across NAM Distribution Centers Manhattan warehouse management systems.

  • Work with inventory and master data leads to root cause and reconcile data issues and establish best practices.

  • Work with plant master data analysts to share quality data for SAP updates.

  • Identify master data interface failure opportunities which can cause data inconsistencies.


This job might be for you if:


  • Enjoy complex, detailed and challenging systems working including master data impacts on end-to-end logistics flows

  • Quick to learn with the capacity of mastering data and understanding detailed system processes

  • Interested and able to scale and learn multiple applications such as Excel, Manhattan warehouse management system (wmos), SAP, SQL.

  • Have strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills

  • Be proactive to find opportunities for solution enhancements

  • Take Initiative to collaborate with cross functional experts to root cause issues and address solution gaps

  • Pay attention to detail, thoroughly understanding the entirety of problems and solutions

  • Strong communication skills (English), spoken and written.

  • Effective working on teams; strong networking and collaborative skills.

  • Basic project management skills
