*Receptionist - Full-Time Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm. Haven Behavioral Hospital of West Chester is opening a new 72-bed facility providing high-quality, specialty behavioral health services for individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. POSITION SUMMARY:

• The position facilitates to the flow of organization information as an integral part of the hospital team.


• Answer and direct incoming facility calls.


• Records and routes telephone and in-person messages accurately, completely, and promptly.


• Takes a proactive role in resolving any patient/customer service complaints. Independently identifies concerns in stressful situations to offer assistance in a calm demeanor.


• Respects confidentiality at all times; follows HIPAA guidelines for disclosing information.


• Maintains an accurate record of patients seen each day, personal belongings dropped off, visitation logs, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: Previous receptionist and customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of healthcare setting. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem solving skills.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
