Activity Therapist
*Monday-Friday, 9a-5:30p, rotating weekends.

POSITION SUMMARY
Provides therapeutic activities for assigned patients as scheduled. Assesses patient needs and facilitates activities that are appropriate to age, development, needs and interests of the patients.

EDUCATION: Master's Degree preferred in Art therapy, Music therapy, Psycho-drama, Therapeutic Recreation, Occupational Therapy, Yoga or related discipline,

or Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 3 years acute care experience.

EXPERIENCE: Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting - acute care preferred, with at least one year's experience applying activity therapy methods and techniques. Bilingual preferred
