Job Description:

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of Oncology? As the Senior Manager for TROP2 ADC, you will be critical in executing our marketing plans for different indications. You will work closely with Sales, Field Marketing, Global Commercial Operations, Sales Training, and Medical teams. This position will report directly to the Marketing Director and work closely with our alliance partner, Daiichi Sankyo. You will also collaborate with the broader ADC lung and breast cancer marketing teams.


Accountabilities:


In this role, you will lead the creation and delivery of core HCP assets for launch, work on key brand team marketing projects such as customer engagement, customer profiling and educational activities. You will develop peer to peer strategies and build strong alliances with Daiichi Sankyo and AZ internal stakeholders including other brand team members, sales, training, and medical teams to coordinate execution across organizations. You will work with internal and external partners to define success metrics and analyze the performance of marketing programs on an ongoing basis. You will also ensure plans are optimized as needed to improve impact and develop recommendations for future marketing based on resulting measures.


Essential Skills/Experience:


- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field


- 3 years of pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry experience in one or more of the following areas: brand marketing, sales, managed markets, market research/analytics, strategic planning


- Agency management and annual budget planning experience


Desirable Skills/Experience:


- MBA in relevant field


- Customer-facing or in-line marketing experience preferred


- Oncology experience - lung cancer and/or breast cancer


- Understanding of U.S. Oncology landscape


- Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal and Digital)


- Launch experience


- Experience working in commercial alliance/partnership environment.
